I came up with unique ideas on complex topics to bring them life. The premium ebooks were used for lead generation for promotional events as well as webinar collateral.
EBOOK SERIES
Through Google Analytics, I found questionnaire pages with the highest bounce rates and created a series of ebooks to answer questions that might be preventing a purchase. Used in email abandoner and lead nurturing campaigns.
GUIDES
When customers purchased a package of several different products, our EP product marketer found that the completion rate was low for the documents and the customer care team received a lot of phone calls. To reduce call-ins and improve completion rates, I created a kit with a welcome letter, checklists, and other helpful information. It's included with purchase.
KITS
Every year, we had a special promotional month built around a line of products that included radio ads, email campaign, welcome video, and landing page. I created the email campaign, welcome videos, and landing page copy and content. This particular year, we tried a new concept, to not provide discounts, but instead focus on content. The kits and other downloadable content did so well the first month, we repeated the concept for the next campaign, five months later.
