As a legal document services provider, sales and customer care teams had to be careful not to give customers information that could be construed as legal advice, called the unauthorized practice of law. To avoid this, I created one sheets, using existing article content authored by attorneys. In addition to being used by customer care and sales teams, they were also printed for special events, network attorneys, SBA SCORE offices, and posted in webinars.
